About Desert Oasis Property Maintenance

Desert Oasis Property Maintenance was founded by long time friends Sebastian Lauber and Grady Bautista to provide high quality handyman services for the real estate industry.

Both long time Tucson residents, Sebastian and Grady have backgrounds in sales and customer service. With the changing work landscape brought on by the pandemic they took this opportunity to get out of the corporate world and work hands-on with the local community doing something they love.

After working in the home services industry for some time, they realized there was a huge need for handyman companies with excellent communication and workflow systems management. "We wanted to bring the professionalism we learned in tech and real estate sales and apply it to our handyman business so that we can give excellent customer service and follow through every single time" says Grady "Clear, fast and consistent communication is often lacking, even with highly skilled craftspeople. We're here to fill that gap for our property manager, Realtor and investor clients."
